OMNIA uses information only to operate its services, qualify providers, coordinate requested services, maintain security and accountability, and comply with applicable requirements.

Information we handle

• Client household service requests and preferences.
• Provider business contact information, service information, applications, evidence, licenses/certifications and references.
• Operational records such as invitations, opt-outs, delivery states, qualification decisions and service-accountability records.

Provider discovery data

OMNIA may record relevant business information published by a provider or authoritative public source. Public claims are treated as unverified until supporting evidence or an appropriate authority verifies them.

Sharing and sale

OMNIA does not sell provider or client personal information to advertisers. Information may be disclosed to service infrastructure vendors when necessary to operate OMNIA, subject to access controls and applicable agreements.

Security and retention

Provider evidence is stored in private OMNIA document storage with controlled access. OMNIA maintains audit, suppression and operational records appropriate to qualification, safety and compliance.

Choices

Provider outreach recipients can opt out using the unique link in each invitation. Suppressed contacts are not eligible for further automated outreach.
