Terms of Use

These terms govern use of OMNIA's public Concierge and provider-qualification surfaces.

Provider status

Discovery, application, due diligence and public-source claims do not constitute OMNIA approval. A provider may be described as OMNIA Approved only after applicable evidence is verified and the provider completes OMNIA's governed approval process.

Accuracy

Providers are responsible for accurate application information and for keeping licenses, certifications, insurance and other qualification evidence current.

Service relationships

Provider listing or qualification does not guarantee client work, volume, revenue, exclusivity or payment. Commercial terms are established through applicable service and marketplace agreements.

Prohibited use

Users may not submit false credentials, impersonate others, interfere with OMNIA systems, bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully.

Changes

OMNIA may update operating requirements and qualification standards as services, regulation and risk controls evolve.
