Provider Outreach Policy
OMNIA Concierge conducts limited business-to-business outreach to service providers that appear relevant to client service categories and geographic needs.
How candidates are identified
Candidate providers may be identified from the provider's own public business website, authoritative registries, professional directories or other relevant public business sources. OMNIA does not treat public discovery as approval.
What outreach asks for
Invitations request participation in OMNIA's evidence-based qualification process, which can include business standing, insurance, applicable licensing/certifications, screening practices, service area, availability, pricing and references.
Frequency
OMNIA's standard provider-recruitment cadence is Day 0, Day 3 and Day 7, then automated outreach stops unless the provider engages or another lawful operational basis exists.
Opt-out and suppression
Every invitation contains a tokenized opt-out link. Opt-outs are placed in OMNIA's suppression registry. Bounce and complaint events also stop future automated outreach. OMNIA maintains a dispatch ledger for auditability.
Approval language
An invitation means only that OMNIA is asking the business to be considered. It does not mean the business is OMNIA Approved.
